Return and Exchange Policy

This policy pertains to online purchases only. For all purchases of Reverie Scenes merchandise made by consumers through brick and mortar establishments, other policies may apply.

 

If an item arrives damaged:

 

An item that is damaged during shipping may be replaced.

Please keep the merchandise in the original package and contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.  

Then send an email to Info@ReverieScenes.com. In the subject line, type DAMAGED. Include a photo of the damaged item, your name, your order number, and any relevant information in your message.

Refunds:

 

To receive a refund, please do the following.

Within 10 days of receiving your order: 

1) Send an email to Info@ReverieScenes.com,

In the subject line, type REFUND. 

In the email, please include your name, your order number, and a brief message concerning the nature of the problem.

2 ) Ship the undamaged print in the original packaging to the address below, Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
